The Shift Arcade model is a fun and exciting opportunity, but it’s not right for everyone nor is everyone right for it. Our matching process is key for a successful, long-term partnership.

2. FDD Review & Q&A
Next, we’ll walk you through our FDD and the numbers and key questions on how a Shift Arcade location actually comes together. The start-up process, franchise fee, build-out costs, and how to open safely and creatively within budget. Bring your questions; this is where the numbers and the vision start to meet.

3. RFC
If both sides are excited to keep going, the next step is your formal Request for Consideration. You'll share more about your background, financial picture, and target market so we can review your candidacy in depth. Once we've reviewed and granted preliminary approval, we'll move forward together to the next stage.

4: Territory Mapping & Confirmation Day Invite
Now we get into the details. Together we'll talk through how you plan to fund your Shift Arcade and review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) so you have a complete picture of the agreement, the obligations, and the opportunity. Take your time here this is the stage where you bring in your advisors and make sure it all lines up for you.

5: Confirmation Day
The final step is the fun one. If both parties are ready to move forward, we'll invite you to a regional Confirmation Day at Shift Arcade San Ramon, CA. You'll meet the team, see operations up close, and get a real feel for what ownership looks like day-to-day.
