Apex Club is Shift Arcade's membership. Your plan's sessions come in 20% below the pay-as-you-go price, event tickets reach you before they go on general sale, and there's an extra club night every month, put on for members.

Two ways in

Pick Starter or Racer. Either plan carries every Apex Club benefit. What changes is how many 30-minute sessions come with it each month, all at the 20% member rate.

Starter

1 session a month

One 30-minute session included every month. It carries every Apex Club benefit without the session volume of the Racer plan.

Racer

4+ sessions a month

Four or more 30-minute sessions a month, all at the 20% member rate. Set it at the number you'll genuinely use. Four is the floor, not the ceiling.

What you're signing up to

How long am I committed for?

Two months. Apex Club is a recurring monthly subscription with a minimum commitment of two months, and it can't be cancelled inside that initial term. After that it runs month to month until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Any time once the minimum term is behind you, from your account dashboard or by contacting your venue. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there are no partial refunds for unused time, credits or benefits within a period.

What happens to credits I don't use?

Credits and discounted access are issued each billing cycle. Unused credits don't convert to cash and can't be transferred, and depending on your plan's terms they may expire when you cancel.

Does membership guarantee me a booking?

The subscription gives you access and eligibility rather than a reserved slot. Benefits are subject to availability, so book ahead for the times you want.

What is Paddock Pass?

Apex Club members can qualify for a Paddock Pass. Book 90 minutes of racing on any weekday and you can keep racing at no cost for whatever is left of that same day.

The free racing is booked in 30-minute reservations, and each one depends on a simulator being open: where no paid reservation exists, you can take the slot. Terms apply and it is subject to availability.
