Apex Club FAQs

How much are the Racer and Legend plans?
Pricing is based on which simulator type you choose to subscribe to. Racer & Legend both give a 20% discount. Click 'Select Plan' and use the Apex Enrollment calculator to choose which simulator you prefer and the number of sessions, to see the price.
What is Paddock Pass?
Earn a Paddock Pass by booking 90 mins of sim time on a weekday, M-F, then use it for unlimited 30 min sessions at no cost, for the rest of the day. Subject to availability. If a sim is available, you can use it.
Can I use credits for friends?
Yes, you can share the experience by using your credits to book for others.
Do my credits expire?
Yes, use 'em or lose 'em! Hint: if you can't come in one month, use that month's credits to book a future date.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time, after your 2 month minimum term, by logging into your dashboard.
Do I get discounts on additional races?
No, we do not sell additional discounted reservations. Multi members can increase their membership at any time to access more races.
How many sessions can I have?
The number of sessions depends on your membership plan. The Starter plan includes 1 session per month, while the Racer option starts at 4 sessions and allows you to choose as many as you wish.
Which Simulators can I use?
You get access to both haptic and static simulators based on your membership level.
What happens if I use all of the sessions in my subscription?
Sessions above your subscription level are charged at the normal rate. The 20% Apex discount applies only to the subscribed number of sessions.
When do I get charged?
Monthly, on the anniversary of your subscription creation date, e.g., the 15th of every month.
