FAQ

Can Children Drive?

We use full-sized, professional simulators, so we have age guidelines to ensure that all guests have the best experience.

Being able to reach the pedals and have some basic driving abilities—such as knowing how to engage reverse, re-center a steering wheel, and use the gas gradually to avoid spinning—are key to enjoying the session.

We use age guidelines rather than strict rules, as each child is different. Generally, children aged 12 to 16 and above 5’ in height are ok to use the sims. Parental supervision is required.

If you think your child would be able to use the simulator and enjoy it, you are welcome to bring them in. We have had kids as young as 3 sit on a parent's lap to drive, and we encourage this as a family activity.

Our staff are on hand to help everyone use the simulators. With one staff member looking after our guests, we do not have the time to teach younger guests how to drive. However, we can assist new drivers with; automatic transmission, extra stability control, simpler car & track selection and cushions for added comfort and better reach

How much racing time do I get?

A 30 min reservation on the simulator includes approx 25 mins of racing time. The other few mins go into getting in and out of the simulator and loading between race sessions.

Should I arrive early?

Yes please! Arrive around 15 mins early so that we can check you in, understand any car or track selections that you want and be ready to start your session on time.

Please note, that if you arrive late you’ll still need to finish on time. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals as this will impact customer sessions after yours.

Do I need an account to race?

No, but we recommend getting one. With an account you’ll be eligible for leaderboards and be able to see all of your lap time history.
