Party Structure & Pricing
Shift Arcade is the perfect place to host a high-energy party for your friends, family, or coworkers. Our racing simulators deliver a thrilling, professional-grade experience that’s easy to enjoy, even if it’s your first time behind the wheel.
We can run races with up to nine people at once, each in their own simulator, competing head-to-head on the same track. If your group has more than nine people, we’ll split you into heats so that everyone gets plenty of time in the driver’s seat. While one group races, the others can hang out in the lounge, watch the action, or plan their strategy for the next round.
Pricing is based on the number of simulators and the length of your booking. You can check our pricing via the ‘Book Now’ button.
We offer a 20% discount on any booking over $600, which makes longer sessions or larger groups even more affordable. Contact us to enquire and book. We’ll help make the reservation and invoice via email.

Frequently asked questions
- How many people can I bring?
- We can accommodate large groups by rotating drivers and extending event time. If you have more drivers than we have simulators, we'll split you into heats and rotote the races so that everyone gets enough simulator time. Consider a longer party for bigger groups.
- Can I bring food and drinks?
- No. We have no kitchen facilities or table tops to set out food. We have many great restaurants as neighbors though.
- How do the race events work?
- Our standard event includes warm-ups, a qualifying race and a main race. In 90 mins, two heats of drivers can do this with two different car and track combos.
- What is the structure of a party?

Events can be customized to you, though a typical party consists of:
- Welcome & Introduction: Our friendly staff will greet you and your guests, provide a brief overview of the racing simulators and event itinerary, and introduce the controls and features.
- Warm-up Sessions: All racers have a warm-up session to familiarize themselves with the simulators and the chosen race track.
- Qualifying Race: All racers will compete in a qualifying race to determine their starting positions for the main event.
- Main Race: The excitement peaks with the 15-minute main race, where racers will put their skills to the test and compete for the top spot on the podium.
- Can Children Drive?
- We use full-sized, professional simulators, so we have age guidelines to ensure that all guests have the best experience. Being able to reach the pedals and have some basic driving abilities—such as knowing how to engage reverse, re-center a steering wheel, and use the gas gradually to avoid spinning—are key to enjoying the session. We use age guidelines rather than strict rules, as each child is different. If you think your child would be able to use the simulator and enjoy it, you are welcome to bring them in. We have had kids as young as 3 sit on a parent's lap to drive, and we encourage this as a family activity. Our staff are on hand to help everyone use the simulators. With one staff member looking after our guests, we do not have the time to teach younger guests how to drive. However, we can assist new drivers with; automatic transmission, extra stability control, simpler car & track selection and cushions for added comfort and better reach
