  • Each SimStation costs $25,000, which includes the full build, professional configuration, and delivery—ready to plug in and race. Ongoing software and support are provided through ShiftOS, which is $2,400 per year per simulator. That covers your operating system, launcher, feature updates, and remote support, so you’re never left on your own. There are no hidden fees, no complicated add-ons—just a complete revenue-generating system from day one.

  • Absolutely. SimStation is designed for non-technical venues. Everything is pre-configured and managed by ShiftOS software, which simplifies game launches, resets, track and car selection, and even error recovery. If you can turn on a TV, you can run a SimStation.

  • Sim Station runs with minimal supervision. It doesn’t require a dedicated operator. Customers can self-serve using the built-in on-screen controls, including a virtual keyboard for car and track selection. If you’d prefer to manage the experience for them—especially during parties or busy hours—your staff can launch and control sessions using a simple web-based Group Launcher. It takes just a few clicks and can be run from a tablet or phone.

  • You get remote support included. We can log into the system, troubleshoot, and reset everything without you lifting a finger. The most common issues are automatically handled by ShiftOS (like software crashes or restarts), and we’re just a call or email away for anything else.

  • All SimStation hardware comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty, covering defects and performance issues. If something breaks or malfunctions, we’ll help you diagnose it and coordinate repairs or replacements directly with the hardware vendor. In most cases, we can help you resolve issues remotely and fast-track warranty claims to minimize downtime.

  • Not at all. Every SimStation is fully assembled, configured, and tested by us.

  • You’ll need about 40 square feet per simulator and access to a standard 120V outlet. That’s it. We can help you plan the layout and even assist with power budgeting if you’re running multiple units. You can run 3x Sim Stations on a single regular power socket.
